The Princess Palace has 3 lodging options:
- Apas Room - private room, private bath
- The Apas Room is a private room with private bathroom in The Princess Palace named after the element of water. This room is named such because it is on the West side closest to the Pacific Ocean. A double bed, shelves, ceiling fan, a/c and balcony laid on wood floors, everything you need with some extra privacy.
- Vayu Room - private room. shared bath
- The Vayu Room is a private room in the Princess Palace named after the element of air. This room is named such because it has a beautiful balcony view of the forest that makes you feel like you are high up in the air. A bed, shelves, ceiling fan, a/c, and balcony laid on wood floors. This room shares a new bathroom with 2 others from the Tejas Room.
- Tejas Room - shared room, shared bath
- The Tejas Room is a double room in the Princess Palace named after the element of fire. This room is named such because of the energy sparked when sharing a room with a like minded soul. This room receives illuminating light from the sun through the jungle view window. The room has a bunk bed with drawers, a/c and wood floors. This room shares a new bathroom with one person from the Vayu Room.

WELERA Retreats – Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Because immersive retreats require advance commitments for accommodations, meals, facilitators, and activities, the following policy applies to all WELERA retreats.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to reserve your spot.

All payments made are subject to the cancellation terms below.

Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation by Guest

More than 90 days before the retreat start date:
You may choose one of the following:-
A refund of all payments made, minus the deposit + non-recoverable processing fees, or or
-
A full credit toward a future WELERA retreat (valid for 12 months).

60–90 days before the retreat start date:
No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your spot to another person with written notice and approval from WELERA, or request a credit toward a future retreat, subject to availability. -
30–60 days before the retreat start date:
No refunds or credits. You may transfer your spot to another person with written notice and approval from WELERA. -
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date:
No refunds, credits, or transfers permitted.
Medical or Personal Emergencies
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
In the event of a documented medical emergency or serious personal situation, WELERA may, at its sole discretion, offer:

A partial credit toward a future retreat, or
-
The option to transfer your spot if a replacement participant is found.
This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation or Changes by WELERA
In the unlikely event that WELERA must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment):

You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or
-
The option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
WELERA is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, including flights, accommodations, or transportation.
Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Early Departure or No-Show

No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or missed activities.
Acknowledgment
By booking a WELERA retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy in full.
